Meet Cathy
Licensed since 2005, Cathy is the most decorated agent on the LUXE roster. Born and raised in Corpus Christi and a San Patricio County resident for sixteen years, she has watched both sides of the bridge change — and knows exactly what that means for buyers and sellers on either side of it.
Her background spans legal studies, risk management, marketing, and insurance sales, which sharpens how she protects a client's position at every stage of a transaction. She has served on the Board of Directors for the San Patricio County Association of Realtors, held its Vice President seat in 2023, and chaired its Community Service Committee.
Faith and family come first — she volunteers at church and with local outreach, and splits her time between the ranch, her husband, her daughter, and a house full of rescue dogs.
