The Story

Preserving the past

When we began thinking about expanding our presence in San Patricio County, there was one building that immediately came to mind.

We had the privilege of listing an incredible historic building in the heart of Sinton—one of those places that anyone who has driven through town recognizes and remembers fondly. Built in the early 1900s, it has been part of Sinton’s story for generations, and we couldn’t imagine a more meaningful place for LUXE to call home.

What remains

Investing in what comes next

We have always loved seeing homes and buildings brought back to life, so restoring this special piece of Sinton history was truly a labor of love. We enjoyed every step of the transformation, carefully creating a space that feels fresh and new while preserving the character that makes it so special.

Today, reminders of its past are still all around us—including the original bank vault that remains inside. They remind us every day how fortunate we are to become a small part of this building’s story and of Sinton’s history.

We’re proud to honor what came before us while putting down roots in this community and helping, in our own small way, be part of what comes next.

A Piece of History

The original bank vault

The vault's steel door and walls still stand exactly where the bank's tellers once worked — one of the few pieces of Sinton's early architecture still in daily use, and our favorite reminder of whose building this really is.

Built By Our Own Hands

More than a renovation

Restoring this building wasn't a job we handed off and checked in on later. Our own team showed up — painting, hauling, sanding, and everything in between — because being part of a community means investing in it, not just doing business in it.

It's the same reason we're here for more than the transaction. Watch a little of what it took to bring this building back to life.
